This document sets out the procedure for withdrawal from contract, returning goods and complaints for goods purchased in the nytheralabs.cz online store.

A consumer buying through the online store may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception under applicable law applies. The withdrawal notice must be sent before the deadline expires.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases set by Czech law, especially goods made or modified to the consumer’s wishes, perishable goods, goods mixed irreversibly with other goods after delivery, or sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing.
After valid withdrawal, the seller refunds payments within 14 days, but not before the goods are returned or proof of return is provided. Refunds are made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
The statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to consumers only. It does not apply to buyers purchasing under a company ID, limited liability company or other business entity, unless individually agreed with the seller.
The seller is liable for defects according to applicable law. A complaint should include the buyer’s name, contact details, order number or proof of purchase, defect description and requested resolution. Complaints are handled without undue delay and within statutory deadlines.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, insufficient maintenance, mechanical damage, breach of protective packaging, use contrary to instructions or product information, or unauthorised intervention are not considered defects.
This complaints and returns procedure is governed by Czech law and applies together with the Terms and Conditions.
