These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the Nythera Labs online store operated by Filip Slíva, registered office Drahlov 191, 783 75 Charváty, Company ID: 24541834, e-mail: info@nytheralabs.cz, phone: +420 776 146 260.
The seller offers goods through the online store at nytheralabs.cz. A buyer may be a consumer or an entrepreneur. Provisions intended exclusively for consumer protection apply only to buyers who conclude the contract outside their business activity.
If the store interface allows it, the buyer may order goods with or without registration. The buyer must provide correct, true and complete information and keep account login details confidential.
Product presentation in the store is informative. To order goods, the buyer places selected goods into the cart, chooses available payment and delivery methods and completes the checkout. Before placing the order, the buyer can review and correct entered data. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail.
Prices are shown in Czech crowns including VAT unless stated otherwise. The currently available payment method is bank transfer to account no. 7761462607/5500, IBAN CZ85 5500 0000 0077 6146 2607, BIC/SWIFT RZBCCZPP. The buyer must also pay any packaging and delivery costs shown before order submission.
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception under applicable Czech law applies. Withdrawal may be sent to info@nytheralabs.cz or to the seller’s registered office. Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
Delivery method and cost are selected during checkout. The buyer must provide accurate delivery information. Risk of damage passes according to applicable law and the selected delivery method.
The seller is liable for defects according to Czech law. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail, phone or in writing. The buyer should provide identification, order number, defect description and requested resolution.
Personal data are processed for order fulfilment, delivery, communication, accounting and legal obligations. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Czech law. The seller may update them; rights and obligations arising before an update remain unaffected.
